Q: What is Artipsy?

A: Artipsy is a 21 and up art and event studio. We have step-by step instruction by one of our amazing artist. Enjoy painting, partying, and sipping with your friends and meeting new ones. Join us for one of our fun events or relax at the bar for open paint.

Q: How long do I have to use my Artipsy Credit?

A: Credits must be used within a year of the original purchase.

Q: I booked a private party can my 3 year old come to paint?

A: No, we are a 21 and up studio. With a full service bar. Even if you have booked a private party all guests must be of age.

Q: How do I sign up for events?

A: Signing up is easy. Go to events and click “Sign up for Events” and select the event of your choice.

Q: Are the drinks included?

A: No, drinks are not included. We have a full bar available for your adult beverage needs. Artipsy is not a BYOB studio. Outside drinks are not permitted.

Q: Can my group sit together if we purchased separate tickets?

A: When checking out you are able to put in the group name or the person’s name you would like to sit by. When booking a private paint party guests will not have assigned seating.

Q: Can I get a refund if I cannot attend the paint session?

A: Refund Policy: No refunds. We must be notified within 48 hours before the class starts to receive a credit. You can email or call us and leave a message at the studio.

Q: Do you have a minimum amount of guests to have a paint party?

A: Paint parties must have a minimum of 10 guests. That is for private and public parties. In the event we do not have enough guests registered we reserve the right to cancel the public paint party and/or change the canvas. We will contact all guests who have signed up to inform them of the cancellation. In that situation a full refund would be extended.

Q: Are walk-ins allowed?

A: If we have availability. Sometimes guests cancel or do not show. But you would have to show up by 7:45 to check. We can not hold seats. We encourage that guests sign up early to make sure paint parties or not sold out and you are able to attend.

Q: What if I’m late, can I still paint?

A: Guests will have a grace period of 45 minutes before your seat will be forfeited. Public parties start at 7:15 if you have not arrived by 7:45 other guests will have the opportunity to sign up for the paint party.
