How do I sign up for a class?

Signing up is easy. Go to “Register” and select the event of your choice.

Are the drinks included?

No, drinks must be purchased separately. Certain events we may offer drinks that are included but if it is not indicated then all drinks must be purchased. Artipsy is not a BYOB studio. outside drinks are not allowed in.

My friends and I all purchased separate tickets. Can we be seated together?

Seating at Artipsy is on a first come first serve basis, but we will always try to accommodate your request so your group can paint and party together. If you have a group please email us at artipsystudio@gmail.com we require at least a 24 hour notice.

Are observers allowed?

Sorry, observers are not allowed. Everyone must to paint. Kids sessions parents will share a canvas with their child.

Can I get a refund if I can not attend the paint session?

There are no refunds. We will need notice by 12 noon of the day of the event that you will not be attending in order to receive a store credit.

What do I need to enter a Artipsy painting event?

Bring your ID along with the ticket. Your ticket will be scanned or checked at the door to confirm your attendance. Everyone attending must purchase a ticket. No ticket equals no entrance to the painting event.

Do you have a minimum amount of guests to have a class?

Classes must have a minimum of 10 guests registered. In the event we do NOT have enough guests registered for the class, we must cancel the class. We will contact all guests who are signed up for the class to inform them of the cancellation and issue a full refund. 

Are walk-ins allowed?

If we have availibity we will not turn you away however we do discourage it. We assign seats and base our number of assistants on our reservations. In addition our classes normaly sell out. We suggest signing up early we may not have tickets the day of the event.
